Return Policies

 

Thank you for choosing i-Water as your trusted provider of water solutions in Dubai. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our Return Policy outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for products purchased directly from i-Water within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@i-water.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

 

5. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@i-water.ae to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at returns@i-water.aeWe will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a refund, replacement, or repair.

7. Exceptions Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
